Follow those steps to assemble your cheeseboard:
-
The first step is rather simple, select a platter on which you will lay out your cheeses and toppings. When in doubt, opt for a smaller plate. Abundance always makes sensation!
-
Then add the cheeses, placing OKA cheese in the center of the tray. Also add decorative bowls in which you will place nuts, olives and other condiments later.
Make sure to cut a few pieces of each cheese and leave a knife per cheese so your guests can slice the following pieces. -
The third step is to arrange the charcuterie on the tray, folding them nicely.
-
Then add some crackers, crisps and pieces of bread for a little crunch.
-
Select seasonal fruits and vegetables by varying colors and textures and place them on the platter to fill the remaining space. Fruits can be fresh or dried for more variety.
-
Complete your cheese board with nuts (beware of allergies!);
-
Final touch consist of adding extras like olives, pickled peppers, mustard, jams, into the bowls placed at the beginning to complement your selection of cheeses.
