Luckily, there’s a way of being healthy without being deprived of OKA cheese or sleep. First step: try to eat at least 45 minutes before going to bed in order to give your digestive system a fighting chance.

You’ll need a loaf of bread, sliced in a checkered pattern on top (without cutting the bottom). Add slices of OKA cheese into the slits and brush the top of the bread with melted butter. Wrap everything in aluminum foil and place in the oven for 10 minutes, and then for another 15 minutes without the foil. A real treat for the insurgents!
