OKA Brother Alphonse is a cheese with character produced according to the tradition of OKA cheeses, with a more pronounced flavour due to its longer ripening period (the longest of all OKA cheeses). Its name is a tribute to Brother Alphonse Juin who created OKA cheese in 1893. We recommend combining its unique, typical and enhanced taste with well-hopped beers such as IPA. Your cocktail parties will never be the same with Brother Alphonse!
